Greg Carson

In the early 1980’s I went to school for criminal justice and worked at the North Dakota State Penitentiary as a prison guard. When school was out in the summertime, I’d work construction to hold an income. While working at the ND State Penitentiary, it wasn't long before I realized it wasn’t what I felt called to do.

My journey began in 1983 when a local contractor took me under his wing. As I ventured further into the field of contractor and residential construction work, I learned pretty quick I needed to gain as much knowledge and experience as fast as I could. Along the way I became a Pella and AWDI certified contractor and took accelerated learning courses in residential construction to keep paving my way forward.

It was always my goal and vision to grow my business into something I could feel proud of. I wanted to feel rewarded and fulfilled with the work I did for others, and I do every time I finish a job and see how happy my customers are. 39 years later, Carson Construction continues to proudly serve the industry of remodeling and residential construction . I love what I do to this day and thank God for my blessings and gifts for having this business. Outside of Carson Construction, my passions and hobbies are the great outdoors! I love to get out fishing, hunting, riding my Harley, trail riding on my side by side, prospect for gold (I’m a big fan of the TV show Gold Rush) and more.
