A Complete Exterior Transformation in East Bethel

Carson Construction completed a multi-service exterior renovation on this East Bethel, Minnesota home. We removed the old T1-11 siding and added OSB sheathing across the house before installing LP SmartSide siding with a Diamond Kote finish. The renovation also included Simonton windows, an Owens Corning TruDefinition shingle roof, and a Therma-Tru front entry door.

We added a covered porch at the front of the home and built a wood deck in the back with Westbury aluminum railing. During removal of the existing siding, we encountered several mouse nests and areas of burned electrical wiring concealed behind the original exterior. These discoveries highlighted the importance of exposing and assessing existing conditions during renovation work.

The photographs below show the home before renovation, exterior preparation and construction progress, and views of the updated siding and front entry. The completed rear deck and Westbury railing are part of the project scope but are not clearly documented in this gallery.
